Field Notes

Description:

Small skipper butterfly; brown and yellow.

Habitat:

We were strolling down the hilly road leading from the resort at Borong, Sikkim towards the main road (about 2km) when we passed an area where a thin stream of water flowed down the hill side. This skipper was flitting about.

Any other picture from the side. Unfortunately Hesperiinae have 4 different wing views.
