Description:
Moth. Medium sized. Colour is white in the upper half. The rest is patterned in pleasing shades of brown. The free ends of the wings seem scalloped when the moth is at rest.
Habitat:
Suntaley khola is a remote village in West Bengal, India with the River Moorti flowing by it. There is only one narrow motorable road that ends by the river. The moths are drawn to the porch light and alight on the walls near the light. These can often be seen sitting there the next morning.
