Not sure at all what this one is, size around 2 cm, almost white in colour.

Habitat:

Found around the garden in the Resort I was staying at.

Neat! I am not sure of the species, but I am suspecting that this insect is a type of Tree Cricket. Check out scientific subfamily Oecanthinae.
