Field Notes

Description:

Although decorator crabs will place anything on their heads (sponges, algae, bits of plastic) there are some dumb things to wear as a decorator crab, like the eggs of a crab-eating octopus, or toxic nudibranchs, barnacles that grow inside of you, polar bears, wet drying cement, a vortex to a new dimension, pieces of a zombie, the aggression producing caterpillar, Zeus's lightening bolt and most critically; something that clashes with the surrounding habitat.
