Description:

In the Algarve these birds are very numerous and they build their nests on any tall structures such as old chimneys, power pylons and even on some rooftops. The Stors are thought to migrate further south to the tropics in August but return in October and November and are nesting in December.

Habitat:

Nesting on tall chimneys in coastal towns.
