Description:

7cm body length. Dewlap around 1.5cm. We think norops, but the closest match has a white dewlap.

Habitat:

Lowland wet forest

Gorgeous animal! Don't know the species, but I guess it's some kind of Anole (family Dactyloidae) ?
Excellent range of photos to assist ID'ing! Unfortunately I haven't found it. I thought that wishbone pattern would be a dead giveaway.
