Description:

unknown flower grown in garden of western ghat.
plant is short. grows around 5-10 cms. Have spooted only 1 flower at a time in the plant.

It is known to bloom only after heavy rains as per the wiki link suggested by Nuwan. You can also see droplets of rain in the pic.

It has lethan toxins. So, cleanly wash your hands after touching this plant

Zephyranthes rosea, commonly known as the Cuban zephyr lily or the pink rain lily, is a species of rain lily native to the Caribbean. They are widely cultivated as ornamentals and have become naturalized in tropical regions worldwide. Like all rain lilies, they are known for blooming only after heavy rains.
