Description:

perennial, deciduous shrub; about 4 feet tall and wide; white fragrant bottlebrush flowers on the ends of branches about 5 centimenter long bloom in spring; leathery ovate beautiful fall colored leaves about 8 cm long

Notes:

dependable, trouble free, drought tolerant, low maintenance NOTE: the flowers are "apetulous" - no petals but the flower color comes from the dense clusters of showy stamens (white filaments and yellowish anthers)
