Description:

Gray bird with black eyes and crest. Orange flanks and whitish breast. Difficult bird to photograph as it is always on the move. This is a male - the female's crest in not as dark.

Habitat:

Spotted foraging near a feeding station at the National Butterfly Center in Mission, Texas.
