small orange wasp like insect, orange and black banded wings

Habitat:

cloudforest, 2500m

Notes:

One of the most attractive wasps I've ever seen. I was only able to get these 2 shots before it flew away.

When you said 'Bingo' I thought you found the ID but it's another spotting of the same. The search continues...

Strange one! Body looks wasp-like, antennae not really, the black-edged and double-striped wings looks like lycid-mimic... Ichnomeunidae??
