Description:
This plant had a bunch of tiny flowers growing in clusters. It was about 1 meter in height. The leaves were about 2 inches in length and 1 inch in width. Also, its leaves are green and pointed at the edges. The flowers were bright with its yellow and orange colors, but it had a foul smell.
Habitat:
I found this plant in Singapore Botanic Gardens at 7:05 PM. The climate there was pretty humid there, since it just rained. But they were in an open spot that can allow them to be exposed in sunlight.
Notes:
Lantana camara is an invasive plant species in some parts of the world and in other parts, it is used as an ornamental plant. When its seeds are dispersed by birds and it colonizes in an area, it colonizes quickly. These plants aren't bothered by pests or disease, has low water requirements, and is tolerant to extreme heat.
