Field Notes

Description:

This butterfly's wingspan is about 4 inches wide. Its colors are black, blue, pinkish-white, and brown. By its shape, it is a milkweed butterfly and is quite large. It's body is striped black and brown. It has 6 legs and a pair of antennae.

Habitat:

I found this butterfly strolling across a flower at the Butterfly Garden in Changi Airport. The atmosphere there was cool and moist, and a bit sunny. It was at 3:55 PM when I spotted this.
