Field Notes

Description:

They are a light gray color on bottom, and a gray-brown color on top. The tip of the tail is white, but is best seen in flight. The legs are pink, the bill is black, and the iris is yellow.

Habitat:

They inhabit scrub and woodland areas from southern Texas south through much of South America.
