I would concur with Small Wonders and ceherzog, the flowers appear two-toned as with lanceolata is and having had difficulties capturing the color and getting a similar effect as in this photo I believe more so that it is fewflower. Beyond this, just because the area is dry at the time of taking the photo doesn't mean it will not be or has not been wet. When I first encountered lanceolata it was on a roadside in St. Marks and appeared quite dry to me but when I came back two years later, this last week I found it again in the same area in standing water 8 inches deep.
