Honey Mushroom

Hmm...hard to tell it makes me think of a type of Collybia but I doubt that is correct (for one just because they are said to be rare in the U.S.). Really need to see the underside of the cap as well to really help narrow it down by eliminating certain other possibilities. I don't see any sign of a veil or ring (though it might be closer to the cap and just not visible in this image); I believe Honey Mushrooms do have a ring and they usually grow in clusters on stumps and logs. In this pic there are also features common to some Entolomas too and some common Lawn Mushrooms.
