Field Notes

Description:

2cm brown moth. Very common in the area. This one was found in a garden near night lights and the species has been observed mating there in the last few nights

Notes:

I will connect this spotting to the next http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/19430082 which I believe is the opposite sex. The next moth has the same markings but darker and with more exaggerated white markings. That moth also vibrated its wings the whole time I had it and I am guessing it is a method of spreading the pheromones. Researching the id
