Habitat:

Urban wetland.

Patterning on the mantle and tertials is distinctive. Neither House nor Pacific Wren show this pinnated patterning.

Time of sighting is wrong for a House Wren. I would have said Winter Wren, but the classifications have changed in the past few years. I think maybe it's a Pacific Wren (Troglodytes pacificus).
