Dark Brown, jellyish growth on a small fallen branch found next to a sidewalk.

Notes:

Found this branch next to the sidewalk, under a tree (don't know what kind, no leaves yet!!)

Thanks! It sure looks like the picture of Tremella foliacea, but darker. I have so much to learn (never heard of jelly fungus!) Thank you!!
