Description:

The lady beetle introduced to destroy aphids and other pests. Now it itself has become a nuisance. They invade homes during the winter in mass numbers and smell terrible.

Notes:

She won't find any aphids on my bill! They always seem to get inside when its cold out.

This invasive, introduced species is known to congregate in large numbers in the winter (often inside homes). When I lived in Maine we had that happen. We aren't sure how they got in but it was a mess and we had to resort to vacuuming them up.
