Field Notes

Description:

This is a green fern found in the garden of a house on Pinao St. It stands 1-2 feet tall. When new ferns sprout, they look bundled in a spiral, as shown in the 6th picture. The leaves are uniformly colored, with lighter stems. The side of the leaves facing upwards are smooth, while the back side is soft, and fuzzy in a sense.

Habitat:

These ferns have been noticed in several places, both planted and wild, by the spotter. Information about it's natural habitat is unknown.
