Description:

A Greek bee (A.Mellifera sub. cecropia), foraging a bloomed viburnum, in a Nea Dimitrias park, Volos Greece. The species is a Greek native, and cannot survive in cooler climates. It is known for its gentleness. It does'not form swarms.
Μία Ελληνική μέλισσα, ενώ τρυγάει ένα ανθισμένο βιβούρνο, σε πάρκο της Νέας Δημητριάδας στο Βόλο. Το είδος δεν είναι επιθετικό και δεν συγκεντρώνεται σε (επιθετικό) σμήνος, και δεν μπορεί να επιζήσει σε πιο κρύα κλίματα.
