Description:

Neurothemis is a genus of dragonflies in the family Libellulidae. Most Neurothemis species are red in color.

Habitat:

spotted in tropical forest in Cambodia.

Hi Pam, I saw your query in my related spotting. I think this one is also a Neurothemis fulvia. Pls check the images here, which were taken from Cambodia - http://www.asia-dragonfly.net/globalResults.php?Species=105&offset=10. Here is IUCN's distribution info - http://www.iucnredlist.org/details/167275/0.
Thats ok pam but I think this is a red parasol as fulvous forest skimmers are only in India, sorry meant to tell you that bit :)
