Field Notes

Description:

A colorful young instar of the plainly colored coreid bug. The suspected adult was on a leaf nearby. This is possibly A. alternatus but I am happy for some correction if necessary.

Habitat:

On a healthy young eucalyptus sapling. There were only two insects found on this tree.
