Description:

We found this migrant population of Anas clypeata resting and feeding on an artificial dam, we counted at least 60 individuals, initially we thought that there were only females present but then we realized that males no longer had his breeding plumage so they were similar to females.

Habitat:

Artificial dam in an semiarid zone
