This Bagmoth looks like it might be from the Genus Lepidoscia, but this is far from certain. The bag is similar, in style (and possibly material) to a specimen shown in https://philepidoptera.wixsite.com/moths/-psychidae-bagworm-moths...

Habitat:

This Bagmoth was spotted in the farm, hanging on the underside of a leaf of a Mango (Mangifera indica Linn.), locally known as Mangang-kalabau. Plant information from - http://www.stuartxchange.org/Mangga.html.....
