Description:
This one looks as if it had settled on a patch of ground near to the river in Kanha to take in the minerals from the soil. Baronets commonly settle on the ground to take in mineralised moisture from the soil, or from fallen branches, dead leaves and other decomposing vegetation. When feeding they hold their wings either outspread, half open, or erect,
Habitat:
seen near the Bangler river that runs through the grounds of Kanha Jungle lodge. Madhya Pradesh. it is only found in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
