Description:

Female. Dark blue with white spots on tips of wings. 39-57 mm long. (1.5 - 2.2 inches)

Habitat:

Open woodlands near water.

Notes:

Video included. Sorry have to wait until 50 seconds and then 1:15 or so to see it fly.
