Field Notes

Description:

This thing is tiny, so small I could not measure it. But what I can tell you is that the wooly aphid can jump, about a foot from one leaf to another. It is white and it looks soft but didn't want to touch it in fear that I might crush it.

Habitat:

SAS rainforest.

Notes:

Picture taken by Derek Duerhimer and shared with me.
