Description:
A blue dragonfly with dramatic black markings on the wings. This is the male, the female has a black and yellow striped body, but also has the wing markings.
Habitat:
Riverine woodland.
Notes:
Occasionally observed by perennial pools, streams and rivers in Mlawula Nature Reserve.
