Description:

This lovely looking tree is a banana tree. The shape of the leaves are lanceolate and the margins are entire. The leaf dimensions are about 45 cm wide and 130 cm long. It's venation is netted pinnate and the arrangement is one leaf coming from the trunk of the base. The leaves are smooth and there is fruit on it, bananas, however, we couldn't spot any at this time.

Habitat:

Secondary Rainforest.
