Description:

Red-browed Finch:- See previous spotting https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/409501545

Plum-headed Finch:- See previous spotting https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/291644872

Habitat:

These Plum-headed Finch and the Red-browed Finch were enjoying a dip at the Wooroolin Wetlands. Plenty of grasses:- Barbed-wire Grass; Forest Bluegrass. Lots of little shrubs:- Dogwood;Bird's Nest Bush. Great drying off areas.

Notes:

I was fortunate to be able to observe and take these birds interacting. Please see the video for specific interaction.
