Description:

A very simpatico bug that was brown and textured on the top and a shocking white on the underside. It was very friendly and enjoyed posing. The antennae have the third segment widened. It also has a lethally sharp spine on each side of the thorax (4th picture). About 1.5 cm long. Family Coreidae.

Habitat:

On a bush along the highway between San Cristobal and Tuxtla Gutierrez, km 18.5, 1164 meters.
