Description:

Some type of black raspberry, you can see the purple ones that are sweeter and more mature. but could not find the exact type, similar to Black raspberry (Rubus occidentalis) but the leafs are different, according to: http://identifythatplant.com/blackberry-or-black-raspberry/

Habitat:

Natively growing around this but maybe because birds have spread the seeds, because this one was bought.
