Description:

112-115cm Large pied stork with irridescent neck; male has brown eye, female has yellow eye

Habitat:

Likely anywhere along northern coastal swamps.

Notes:

On this trip I had been looking for a Jabiru everywhere further north. We were on our way south and these ones were along the side of the road in a swampy area in Bowen Qld.
