Field Notes

Description:

A bird of prey "with an ability to see a different colour spectrum that highlights the urine of its prey on the ground below." Builds nests in old buildings and cliffs. Is a winter visitor to the Deccan peninsula.

Notes:

Visited our campus early in the morning and perched in the window sill of the top floor overlooking the football and cricket fields.
