Bright green, large leaves with white veining, bloom head set about the size of a small dinner plate, broken into five sets

Habitat:

Just off the beach in Split, Croatia

Cool plant, it looks a little like a fractal.
It is very common in Croatia, next week will open again botanic gardens, so I'll try to find it!
