This is certainly a male eriophora. He has small abdomen and large palps. Here is one I saw earlier. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/8461810 We might consider that it is an insect, having only six legs ;)
Thanks Stephen, I was also thinking some type of orb weaver but not sure.
Really slick images. I almost suggested a huntsman but I think it is a male Eriophora sp. Orb Weaving spider. That front shot is great!
