Description:

A. brevistyla is the only known species of this genus. Widespread in Australia and NZ. Large dragonfly, brown with bright markings.

Habitat:

Vagrant. Larvae inhabit still waters.

Notes:

Specimen found not far from lake Monger, Perth WA
