Field Notes
Description:
This plant is also hairy, but it is not the hairy clidemia. This unknown plant has a root system of prop and stilt, while it has no fruit or flowers. It's venation is netted pinnate, and the shape is lanceolate. This plant's margins are considered ciliate. The leaves on this plant are directly across from each other, meaning they're opposite. These leaves have coarse hairs that are not long, they're very short and stubby.
Habitat:
The habitat I found this in is a secondary rainforest.
