Description:

These plants are really neat. I don't own them, they belong to the library's community planters, but I'd like to own a specimen. From what the librarian told me the little webs on these plants are just little plant fibers. That's neat.

Habitat:

I can't find really anything on this plant but from what the librarian told me these guys are native to Europe? If you know more please let me know.
