Description:

The Theobroma cacoa (cocoa tree) small, round white flowers around the fruit. The fruit is a green oval like shape that is around 2.5 inches wide. This tree has leaves surrounding it that are about a foot long and are 4 inches wide. These leaves have margins that's shape are entire, there venation are netted pinnate and there leaf arrangement is alternate.

Habitat:

This tree was found in a rain forest in a semi shady area.

Notes:

When the fruit dies it splits open revealing its insides.
