Field Notes

Description:

I was on a field trip with my science class on Friday going to the Dairy Farm Nature Reserve. One of the guides that we had caught a snake with his bare hands which was mildly poisonous but did leave a permanent mark. We saw this snake on the way back. The guide said that this was a Whip Snake. This snake looked like it had a bit of scales and kinda smooth but we didn't get to touch it because apparently the guide said that this snake was is the stage of being a juvenile snake to an adult and this is one of the stages where the snakes can be highly aggressive. The baby or Juvenile snake is brown and the adult is a darkish green and this snake was in the middle a bit of a neon/lime green snake a mix of brown and green ish.

Habitat:

Forest with a large range and stuff. Not touched by humans... Quiet...
