Description:

This fungus is very similar to Cyathus olla (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/19448195), with which it may be confused by the appearance.

Habitat:

Grows on livestock droppings, mainly.

Notes:

In Traditional Chinese medicine, a decoction of this fungus is used to help relieve the symptoms of gastralgia, or stomach ache
