Field Notes

Description:

Total length: ~20 mm. Reddish brown forewing with pale yellow/tan lines. The postmedial line kinks inward near the costa. The large, orbicular and reniform spots nearly touch. The thoracic collar has a black triangle just behind the head.

Habitat:

Attracted to a moth light in a rural area.

Notes:

This is the first spotting of this species on Project Noah.
