Description:

This was found growing amidst Himalayan blackberry. It may have been from a skinny tree. These cottony balls were found at the tips of the branches.

Notes:

This was noticed at Warren G. Magnuson Park in Seattle. I was unable to pinpoint the exact location on the map.
