Description:

American Beech is a deciduous tree with medium texture and medium to slow growth rate. It has smooth, bluish-gray bark and golden bronze fall color. Dead leaves persist on the tree throughout the winter.

Spotted at Camp Windy Waters on Lake Allatoona
