The baby bird is a Red-eyed Vireo, but the egg belongs to a Brown-headed Cowbird, a parasitic species.

Wonderful photos! I love the vireos, but have never seen their babies or nests - so thank you! ...the infamous Brown Headed Cowbird strikes again... Here's hoping the baby vireo survived its infiltrator nest mate, because the vireo hatched before the cowbird and hopefully got bigger faster!
