Description:

This is called a Mealybug Destroyer. It is completely white in color. It is about 1cm wide and 1cm long. It is really small and it's always on a plant.

Habitat:

We found this critter on a plant in the SAS rainforest.

So you have any other images of this? This could be a Planthopper nymph similar to http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/43760151 I don't believe a decision can be made with this image.
