Hi Sancia, wonderful spotting! This is actually a species of Deer (and very handsome at that!). This species of Deer has a few identifying markers. The tail is one (white tail with a black tip), the large ears, and the configuration of the antlers. You can compare to an Elk here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elk
