Field Notes

Description:

Medium sized deer. Most common ungulate in North America.

Habitat:

Seen outside our living room window.

Notes:

Was eating figs off the tree in the foreground. I guess the squirrels needed some help. We have so many figs this year we don't know what to do with them all. Most years the squirrels only leave us a few. The deer showed up again today at noon.
